Q: How will AI MAXTools be affected by the new Creo product line?
A: We believe that AI MAXTools will continue to provide great benefit for the foreseeable future, both for users of CoCreate Modeling and for users of Creo Elements/Direct when it is released in summer of 2011. PTC has told us that current add-in applications for CoCreate are expected to work with Creo versions 1 and 2 (though they may require some modifications), so we expect that AI MAXTools will deliver great value for Creo users as well. We will be enhancing and adjusting AI MAXTools for Creo Elements/Direct when we obtain the necessary tools and information from PTC. Please see our "What About Creo?" page for more details.
Q: What advantages will I gain by using AI MAXTools instead of just the standard Creo Elements/Direct (CoCreate) Modeling application?
A: In addition to providing new functionality, solutions from AI MAXTools are designed to streamline everyday very common modeling tasks and operations. Users of our products typically see a productivity improvement of 10%-20%.
Q: How quickly can I learn to use AI MAXTools?
A: Our products are designed to have a very short learning curve. Most users of our products see immediate benefit, and are able to see significant time savings very quickly, often within the first few minutes of product use!
Q: How long will it take to recover my investment in AI MAXTools?
A: Typical users of our products will see payback in 1-3 months depending on engineering cost rates and individual usage patterns.
Q: What is AI's upgrade policy?
A: All upgrades within a product line are FREE -- AI allows users with a current license for a product to run any version of that product for the duration of their license.
Q: What if I'm using an older version of CoCreate Modeling?
A: No problem! AI MAXTools is supported on all versions of Modeling (both 32-bit and 64-bit) from the current version (including v18 Beta) back through v14. Almost ALL of the AI MAXTools functionality is available even in the older versions. Plus, our flexible licensing allows you to use AI MAXTools with whatever version(s) of Modeling you choose.
Q: How do I know if AI MAXTools will work for me and/or my organization?
A: You don't have to take our word for it -- simply request a FREE TRIAL of our products and see for yourself! You'll have 30 days to evaluate the benefits and capabilities of our tools (including access to our support team) before you need to make a decision.
